==== Description ====
The interface element is used to enable/disable hide/show interface elements/widgets. This can be applied to a single user or to all users. Some elements/widgets can be enabled or disabled, whereas other elements can be made visible or invisible.

==== Parameters ====
  * **Start time**: defines the time in //hour:minute:seconds// within the simulation when the operation will be executed.
  * **Interface element**: allows for selecting the interface element affected by the change.
  * **User (leave empty for all)**: allows for specifying the username affected by the change.
  * **Enabled**: when unchecked the selected interface element or widget will be disabled.
  * **Visible**: when unchecked the selected interface element or widget will be hidden.
