The Message element is used to send a message to a specified user during the simulation

==== Parameters ====
  * **Start time**: defines the time in //hour:minute:seconds// within the simulation when the operation will be executed.
  * **Sender (alias)**: alias of the sender which will appear in the messaging dialog.
  * **Recipient (alias)**: alias of the recipient.
  * **Message**: text message to be sent.
